We built Spoq because chatbots weren't selling anything.

We spent years in B2C sales — not the automate-everything, spray-and-pray kind, but the kind where you listen before you pitch. Where you ask what someone actually needs before showing them a product. Where the conversation is the sale.

Then we watched D2C brands try to scale that with chatbots. The result was always the same: a customer asks a specific question, the bot sends back a generic link to a collection page, and the customer disappears. The brands that were closing sales on WhatsApp and Instagram were doing it manually — real people sitting in inboxes, one conversation at a time. It worked, but it didn't scale.

The gap wasn't automation. It was that nobody had built an AI that could actually have a conversation — one that asks follow-up questions, narrows down what fits, and recommends the right product.

That's what Spoq is. A conversational AI that does what your best salesperson does: understand first, recommend second, sell third. Across WhatsApp, Instagram, and your website — with full memory of every customer, on every channel.

What we believe.

Every sale starts with a question, not a pitch. The best salesperson in any store isn't the one who pushes the most expensive product — it's the one who asks what you came in looking for.

Spoq is built on that principle. Understand first. Sell second. If the AI can't figure out what a customer actually needs, it has no business recommending anything.
