Which AI tool does sales, support and retention together?

A founder asked me this last week. I went looking properly. Here's the honest map.

The support-first camp. Gorgias, Zendesk, Intercom's Fin, Zowie. Built as helpdesks, with AI bolted on later. Gorgias' AI Agent now plays two roles — support for returns, tracking and cancellations, and a shopping assistant before purchase. Strong at deflecting tickets. Selling is the newer muscle.

The commerce-first camp. Rep AI, Alhena, Envive. Built to convert browsers on the storefront, with support added around it. Rep AI positions itself for brands that want sales and support in one agent.

The CX-native camp. Siena. It doesn't just answer — it updates addresses, generates return labels, issues refunds and manages subscriptions inside one conversation. Genuinely good. Also $750/month plus $0.90 per ticket, which quietly tells you who it's for.

So the answer is: several tools do two of the three well. Almost none do all three — and here's the part nobody writes about.

Most of them live on your website.

But your customer doesn't. She asks a question in Instagram DMs, follows up on WhatsApp, then buys on your site three days later. To most of these tools, that's three different strangers. She repeats her story every time.

That's not a sales problem or a support problem. It's an identity problem. And it's the one thing "all-in-one" rarely means.

Sales, support and retention aren't three products. They're three moments in one relationship — with one person who expects you to remember her.

That's the gap we built SpoQai for: one agent across WhatsApp, Instagram and your website, recognising the same customer on all three.

Pick the tool that remembers.
